The Cadence Core 24 Gel is a neutral flavour carbohydrate energy gel, designed to fuel long training sessions and endurance efforts.
Using a Dual Fuel Carbohydrate Formula, each gel delivers 24g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose to fructose, optimising absorption and reducing GI discomfort.
Added 200mg of Sodium and electrolytes support hydration and muscle function.
